New members joining the capital markets team include: Fanny Leksell and Mimmi Gade (previously Handelsbanken); Simon Klinga, (previously Carnegie); Hanna Maria Nordlander (Stockholm School of Economics) and Gustaf Sällberg (Linköping University). In addition, Elias Söderström (Royal Institute of Technology), is joining the firm’s Valuation & Advisory team.

These latest hires follow the arrival of the eight-strong Swedish capital markets team from Catella Corporate Finance led by Anders Nordvall, who joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2014 to bolster its capital markets presence in Sweden and the Nordic region.

Anders Nordvall, CEO of Cushman & Wakefield in Sweden said: “We are anticipating large volumes of capital markets activity in Sweden and the Nordics in 2015.  Our new team members will further strengthen our team as we achieve our aim of capturing a dominant market share of the transactional activity in the region.”

Cushman & Wakefield recently reported gross revenue increased 14.0% to a record $2,849.0 million for the year ended December 31, 2014, compared with $2,498.6 million for the prior year. Adjusted net income increased 33.3% to a record $61.6 million, compared with the prior year of $46.2 million.
