Cushman & Wakefield strengthens its Investment team in France

Philippe Ravoire is set to join Cushman & Wakefield France’s Investment team on January 2nd 2014.

As part of his new responsibilities, Philippe Ravoire will be in charge of developing relationships with private and institutional investors in France and abroad, specialized in office assets under the management of Vincent Bollaert, Head of Office Investments.

A graduate of the ISC Paris business school and Idrac in Lyon (Marketing and Sales), Philippe Ravoire joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 as a consultant in the Office Lettings department. After working as a consultant in the Key Account team and then as Manager of the Ile-de-France South-Western Suburbs team, Philippe Ravoire became Manager of the Corporate Services department in 2009, a business line dedicated to national and international occupiers, alongside Guy Grundy.
