The Challenge

Loan security valuation of a prime logistic portfolio with a lettable area in excess of 150,000 sqm. The three modern properties are located in Malmö and Helsingborg and owned by the listed company Tribona AB. Anchor tenant is a subsidiary to the Swedish retailer ICA.
